NEURO-AFFIRMING

RELATIONAL THERAPY

Virtual for Couples, Adults, and Parents

Understand what keeps getting stuck.

Change painful patterns.

Build connected ways to live and relate.

WELCOME!

You may already understand a lot about yourself, your relationships, or the patterns you keep falling into—and still find yourself right back in them when you are overwhelmed, hurt, anxious, disconnected, or trying to be understood.

Insight matters. But understanding a pattern is not the same as changing it.

Therapy gives us a place to slow down what keeps happening, understand what is driving it, and begin responding differently. Whether you are struggling with relationship conflict, anxiety, shutdown, overwhelm, disconnection, parenting stress, neurodivergence, or something harder to name, long-standing patterns can change.

My style is warm, structured, direct, and practical. I work relationally, which means we look not only at what you are experiencing internally, but at the patterns shaping how you connect, protect yourself, communicate, set limits, and respond to the people who matter most.

My work is also neuro-affirming. Differences in communication, attention, processing, sensory experience, regulation, or support needs are not automatically treated as deficits to correct. At the same time, understanding why something happens does not mean ignoring its impact.

Together, we turn understanding into change—building more workable ways to communicate, regulate, set boundaries, repair, and connect.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can help when you’re caught in patterns of conflict, shutdown, resentment, disconnection, or unequal responsibilities. I often work with neurodivergent and mixed-neurotype couples, as well as those raising neurodivergent children or teens. Together, we work toward clearer communication, stronger repair, more workable agreements & greater connection.

Parent Therapy

Parent therapy can help when raising a neurodivergent child or teen feels overwhelming or hard to navigate. You may be managing emotional intensity, conflict, worry, guilt, or uncertainty about how to support your child and care for yourself. Together, we work toward greater regulation, clearer boundaries, stronger connection, and more compassionate family life.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can help you understand yourself, your nervous system, and the patterns affecting your life and relationships. You may be making sense of neurodivergence, masking, burnout, navigating anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, or difficulty trusting your needs. Together, we work toward greater clarity, regulation, self-trust & intentional ways of relating.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers connection, support, and shared understanding. Groups may focus on late-identified neurodivergence, parenting neurodivergent children or teens, or neurodivergent and mixed-neurotype relationships. Members build insight, reduce isolation, and find more sustainable ways of living and relating.
